Settlements
After users spend funds from their balances, merchants receive these funds when Ansa initiates a settlement from the Ansa-managed bank account for the Wallet program to an external business bank account of your choice.
Adding your bank account information
Merchant business bank account information is collected during the Ansa onboarding process.
Payout schedule and speed
Merchant payouts are scheduled weekly, or as agreed upon in your Service Agreement.
Currently, all Ansa merchants located in the United States receive their payouts within 3 business days after the payout initiation, also known as T+3 payout speed.
Settlement breakdown
Ansa payout calculates the settlement amount by:
- Crediting the total amount spent from user balances
- Debiting processed refunds
- Debiting payment processing fees levied by your payment service provider
- Debiting merchant funded promotion amounts
- Debiting Ansa transaction fees if applicable
- (Only for advanced settlement) Crediting a percentage of User balances
Understanding your settlement
Ansa offers a number of Reporting options to help you understand your settlement. You can view financials at a monthly or weekly level, and export a CSV report of individual transactions.
We also support integrations into Intuit Quickbooks and NetSuite for convenient accounting.
