Incentive campaigns

Incentivize customers to adopt and use your branded digital wallet with Ansa’s Incentive Engine in the Merchant Portal. Create incentive campaigns, target specific user segments, and set an expiration date on incentive funds to limit your financial liability while reaching engaged users.

Incentive types

• Wallet drops: add funds to customer wallets directly to kickstart their wallet journey or reengage them
• Promo codes: add funds to customer wallets when a valid code is redeemed
• Reload bonuses: add a bonus amount to customer wallets when customers fund their wallets with an eligible reload tier
• Cash back: adds a percentage of the sale back into the customer’s wallet for future spending

Campaign features

• User segments: create segments from the Customers page. Click on “filters” to get started. View existing customer segments from the Segments tab.
• Expiring incentive funds: when spending from the customer balance, Ansa will first draw from funds with the earliest expiration, then promotional funds without expiration, and finally customer added funds. Customer added funds never expire.
• Schedule campaign start and end dates and times.
