Retrieves the current Merchant configuration using the ID specified. Please note the Promotions Block is no longer in use. You should instead use the Get Customer Reload Config endpoint

Authorization Scope

The merchant publishable key, client secret key, and merchant secret key are authorized to call this endpoint.
