Create virtual card

post https://api.getansa.com/v1/customers/{customer_id}/virtual-card

Creates and issues a virtual card for a given customer id. We limit each customer to one virtual card.

Both the merchant secret key and client secret key are authorized to call this endpoint.

The merchant must be enrolled in the Ansa virtual card program in order to use this API.
